Portfolio Manager Services
Overview
EPA’s Energy Star ® program offers software called Portfolio Manager to encourage businesses to compare their energy use and water use with a peer group. This is a great way to investigate how efficient your building is, against national standards. If your building is highly energy efficient, you can apply for an Energy Star label for the building.
How We Can Help
If your space is over 5,000 square feet, you should have a Portfolio Manager Review performed. Be informed and learn where your costs savings are. Estimate your carbon footprint. Find out how your building compares it similar buildings.
Our services include:
- EPA Energy Star Portfolio Manager account set up
- Coordination with your utility company on your behalf for 12 months of data
- Data Analysis
- 3 standard reports
- Custom reports (optional)
- California Energy Disclosure (optional)
- Energy Star Label certification (optional)
If you property is rated at 75 or higher, you can apply for an Energy Star Label for your building. A licensed architect or physical engineer must do an onsite verification survey. If you would like to include this option, we will arrange with a local professional to perform the survey.

Are you selling, leasing or refinancing your building in California?
Starting January 1, 2011, certain buildings are required to provide an Energy Disclosure from Energy Star Portfolio Manager.
